Restorative Sound Bath

Unwind and restore your body and mind with our Sound Bath Restorative yoga class at Samadhi Shala. This gentle and calming practice focuses on relaxation, deep stretching, and breathing accompanied by Ocean drums, Crystal sound bowls and chimes to aid in releasing tension and promote deep healing. Perfect for all levels, this class will leave you feeling renewed and rejuvenated. The use of Bolsters, Blocks, and Blankets. Recommended to wear a cozy sweater/socks as the floor can be chilly.
