Sun-Kissed Smoothie Bowl
Made With Love
Bright, creamy, and full of vitality.
This cute little bowl of sunshine is creamy, cooling, and packed with vibrant tropical flavour. I make this on days when I feel like something energizing, sweet and nourishing—something that feels like summer, best enjoyed outside as the sun kisses your face!
The base:
1 cup frozen mango chunks
1 frozen banana
½ cup Greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt for a dairy-free option)
1 scoop of vegan protein powder (I used Musashi Plant Protein Power)
Splash of plant milk if needed to blend
Blend until smooth and thick. The key to keeping it spoonable is using a frozen banana for the base!
Toppings:
Fresh mango (sliced and diced)
Banana slices (shaped like a smile)
Sunflower seeds
Chopped peeled almonds
Packed with vitamin C, fibre, and plant-based protein, this bowl supports glowing skin, digestion, and sustained energy. Mango and banana offer natural sweetness and essential electrolytes, while sunflower seeds and almonds bring in healthy fats and minerals to keep you feeling satisfied and nourished.
This bowl is both grounding and uplifting—perfect for fueling your day or recharging after yoga or a walk in the sun. Always made with love and care. I hope you enjoy arranging the toppings, not wanting to eat it because it’s so pretty (this happens every single time I make a smoothie bowl), and then finally enjoying your masterpiece as much as I do!
With love,
CJ
