Reiki is a gentle, hands-on (or hands-above) healing technique that channels universal life force energy. It helps activate the body's natural ability to heal itself—emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually. It’s deeply relaxing and often feels like a warm, peaceful glow washing over you.

Each session begins with a brief check-in where we explore how you're feeling—physically, emotionally, and energetically. You’ll then lie down comfortably (fully clothed) on a yoga mat or massage table, often supported by props for deep comfort. I’ll guide you into stillness with breath or sound, and then offer Reiki through gentle touch or hovering hands. Sessions may also include sound healing with crystal bowls, intention setting, chakra balancing, or guided meditation.

Everyone's experience is unique. Some people feel tingles, warmth, or gentle waves of energy moving through the body. Others feel emotional release, clarity, or just deep rest. Many report feeling lighter, more grounded, and reconnected afterward. Healing can continue to unfold for hours or even days post-session.

Yes. Reiki is especially supportive for nervous system regulation. Many clients come to sessions feeling frazzled or overwhelmed, and leave feeling calm, centered, and nourished. Think of it as energetic restoration.

Reiki is a specific lineage-based system with attunements and symbols, while energy healing is broader term. it can include intention, sound, breath, visualization, and more. In my sessions, I often blend Reiki with intuitive guidance, meditation, and sound therapy for a more holistic experience.

Yes! Reiki works across time and space. Distant sessions are just as powerful and can be done from the comfort of your own home. I’ll guide you through a grounding practice before sending energy, then I’ll guide you into rest while sending reiki energy and closing with a reflection.

Come as you are. It helps to wear comfortable clothing, hydrate, and set aside quiet time afterwards if possible. You might want to reflect on an intention, journal or simply rest to integrate what arises.
